Spring is an excellent time to focus on cleansing our bodies.

Just as we get the urge to clean our house, yard and cars…..our body also gives us signs that it needs a rest and “oil change”, such as: allergies, indigestion, bloating, headaches, low energy etc.

In the Chinese medical system Spring is represented in the body by the liver. The liver is the “General” of the body. It is our major cleansing organ and “communicates” with all other organ systems in the body. Our immune system relies on the liver to filter toxins out and purify the blood and nutritions coming in.
